Construction Administrative Assistant Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Construction Administrative Assistant in Lynbrook, NY is between $50,000 and $65,000 depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Construction Administrative Assistant Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the documentation and data entry of P.Os as well as the auditing
• Create invoices and payment requisitions.
• In charge of payroll and scheduling meeting invites for upper management
• Must be able to fax, file and organize all documents needed.
• Responsible for orientation and onboarding of new employees

Construction Administrative Assistant Qualifications

• Must have experience working for a construction company preferably an Electrical Contractor.
• Must be able to work proficiently on the computer especially within Excel.
• 2+ years working as an Administrative Assistant.
• Ability to use Procore, Textura, and Gsuite
• Ability to take direction well and work on a team with a great attitude.

Preferred but Not Necessary

• BA/BS with relevant studies, business, or construction management
