Reporting to the Corporate Compliance Officer, JM Murray is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to be responsible for conducting, completing, reporting and following up on all assigned compliance audits, activities and trainings; follows procedures for internal billing audits and monthly compliance group meetings, including reporting out on trends and corrective actions. Will be required to prepare concise comprehensive reports and summaries through the electronic health record system and conduct trainings on compliance topics for all sized groups.
Skills: Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work efficiently and productively in an independent and collaborative environment, and flexibility to follow through on shifting priorities.
Education: An Associate’s Degree is preferred. Experience in Medicaid Billing in OPWDD/OMH Services highly desired, with at least 1-3 years of prior experience in health care compliance and auditing
