Robert Half is seeking an ambitious Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees’ rewards, perks and benefits. This is a short-term contract position based in the Queens New York area. This job offers an opportunity for career advancement and features an efficient, team-oriented environment. This is with an admired organization that is still in the process of expanding. Duties include payroll processing in ADP, benefits enrollment/administration, and employee relations. Prior experience working with ADP and Employee Navigator is a plus but not required. This is a contract role for 3 months with the potential to turn into a permanent offer.
