COMMERCIAL TEAM ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR Made by Gather is looking for a Commercial Team Administrative Coordinator with excellent organization skills to support the Sales, Marketing and Product department heads. You will be working closely with the head of Sales, Marketing and Product supporting them in the organization and execution of the go to market schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the heads of Sales, Product and Marketing through:
  1. Updating project schedules and flagging issues.
  2. Sample review & management with leadership and external business partners i.e.: Drew Barrymore, Ghetto Gastro which includes:
     • the unboxing, boxing, and shipping/messengering
     • photographing and noting issues, relaying to team members
  3. Maintaining the shared drive
• Partner with Product and Marketing to maintain organization of photo/video production equipment, samples and props in the NYC office
  1. Support team by coordinating samples needed for NYC shoots
• Collaborate with NY Office Manager to keep the office organized and the showroom presentation-ready
• Assist with administrative duties such as travel & expense management
• Keep cross-functional project management system, up to date and organized
• Pulling color chips for seasonal mood boards
• Coordinating various printing requests for moodboards, packaging, presentations, etc.
• Purchase samples as needed for various sales, marketing and product development needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role
• Able to master MS Office (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint) and Adobe
• Organized and able to follow a process, plan, multi-task and eager to learn.
• Some travel required, approximately 2-4 domestic trips per year
• Open-minded, solution-focused, self-motivated, flexible to navigate a fast-paced environment that changes quickly
• High School diploma, associate degree
• Passion for kitchenware and cooking is a plus
