Position Summary
Previous customer service/call center experience handling a high volume of calls with patience, tact and diplomacy. Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure, while adapting and responding to customers’ needs. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to accept constructive feedback and apply what was learned. Quick and accurate typist. A college degree a plus but not necessary.
Essential Tasks
Qualifications:
Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects. 1-2 years customer service experience
