What we’re looking for
Business Systems Analyst with 4+ years of experience designing, developing, testing and running industry-leading ERP platforms (CargoWise, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
Fluency in Mandarin is required!
What you will do:
Clarify business processes and capture needs from stakeholders (Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Analyst, Operations, Brokerage, etc.).
Analyze as-is workflows, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into IT functional and technical requirements.
Work among internal and globally distributed IT competency center/experts, suppliers/vendors, to design and develop into actionable system solutions.
Secure buy-in with stakeholders.
Configure and develop the ERP system modules.
Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and customizations.
Coordinate and execute data migration activities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, processes and procedures.
Drive cross-functional teams (Developers, Infra, QA, Data, PM, etc.) IT solution delivery autonomously, and with support of PM/TPM for complex initiatives.
Contribute to planning during development to release team routines.
Contribute to IT domain service operation (change, enhancement, incident/defect) triage, escalation and resolution/fulfillment.
Owns IT service domain service knowledge by creating/maintaining knowledge articles and providing user/IT team training.
Stay updated with the emerging IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, system optimization, and automation.
Assess feasibility and recommend IT opportunities to inspire business changes.

BI dashboard and reporting solutions (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau)
CRM, Rate and quotation management systems
RPA (UI Path, Automation Anywhere)
Business process analysis and workshop animation techniques
Business Requirement Engineering (CBAP, PMI-PBA certification or equivalent)
Project management competencies
PMP, SDLC, Agile, Scrum
New York Office: 9 am-6 pm EST (Hybrid)
Work Experience & Education
4 to 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivery projects/initiatives, in business consultation, IT systems analysis and business process IT solution design roles.
Prior experience in logistics / freight forwarding / NVOCC business highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance Logistics or a related field.
$130,000-$160,000 annually based on education and experience level.
