Growing Fintech firm seeks to hire a Temporary Administrative Assistant within their Business Operations team. This is a 2-3 month contract position. You’ll work closely with the Business Operations Manager to work on various projects and tasks that need to be completed each week. Attention to detail and prior experience managing projects from start to finish is a must. You’ll be responsible for checking and following up on vendor contracts ensuring specific dates and sign offs are met amongst other projects. The ideal candidate will be an administrative wizard who thrives in detail orientation. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred along with 2+ years of administrative experience. Prior experience working in procurement or with Monday.com is a plus! Hours will be Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
