About the Business Insurance Sales Team
We are standing up a new sales team, to provide advisory services to our small and medium business customers looking for business insurance solutions to help their companies stay protected and compliant. As part of the team incubating these advisory efforts, you will be responsible for rapidly testing hypotheses that will help develop and create processes for our growing team, on how we can best educate our customers on their business insurance needs, and help them adopt the proper solutions. Our Business Insurance Sales team will utilize their business insurance expertise to help our customers understand, navigate, and choose the right offerings to help them stay compliant. This team will sit within the broader Gusto Sales organization, where each team member is committed to making a tremendous impact on our small business customers every day.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $106,000/year – $128,000/year salary for San Francisco & New York, and $87,000/year – $112,400/year salary in Denver & most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto’s subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
