Advanced Behavioral Solutions Management, Inc. (ABS) is an early stage medical practice management company providing innovative new treatments for mood disorders. ABS launched in December of 2021 with the acquisition of New York Ketamine Infusions (NYKI), the largest ketamine infusion practice in the United States focused on treating mood disorders. In September of 2022, ABS acquired Tennessee Ketamine and Wellness, a renowned ketamine infusion center in Nashville, TN.
For many years treatment for mood disorders was limited to talk therapy and oral medications, primarily SSRI’s and SNRI’s. There are now new emerging treatments for mood disorders including ketamine, TMS (trans magnetic stimulation) and in the medium-term, psychedelics such as MDMA and psilocybin.
The ABS strategy is to build centers of excellence in major markets in the United States that will provide the range of high clinical efficacy “Advanced Behavioral Solutions.” ABS is seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for partnering with clinical and administrative leadership to complete market analyses, create a territory strategy and generate overall referral growth and volume.
Role & Responsibilities:
Make daily calls to referral sources to coordinate and execute sales; drive growth via all channels. Referral sources may include therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, outpatient clinics and other mental health providers.
Provide in-service programs (hosting luncheons and other types of meetings) to healthcare professionals about our services and benefits of making NYKI their preferred Ketamine referral partner.
Conduct community networking and educational events to promote NYKI and create awareness of Ketamine as an effective mental health treatment alternative.
Establish and develop strong relationships with area providers and other referral sources to drive increased patient referral volume. Continue to build territory and business relationships.
Articulate TNKW value proposition and differentiators.
Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create long-lasting business partnerships.
Use CRM, MS Office and other systems and tools to create opportunities to drive incremental growth.
Use influential strategies to achieve goals while anticipating and addressing others’ needs.
Provide market intelligence.
Build organizational alliances and partnerships to drive results.
Meet growth goals.
Acts as a customer service liaison to referral sources.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other relevant academic discipline preferred
3+ years sales experience or related experience (healthcare/mental health/substance use disorder treatment).
