Overview: Pariveda Solutions is growing our Brand & Communications team and we’re looking for a Director (Principal cohort) to join our team. We are looking for an individual excited about the possibility of advancing their career and the careers of the team in the area of branding, communications and marketing. In this role, you will use your creativity and passion to help bring new ideas to life by collaborating on the strategy, plans and tactics that build awareness and engagement with Pariveda. You Can Expect To: As a Principal on the Brand & Communications team, you will work from our Dallas office on a highly collaborative team that manages the brand, communications, and marketing for Pariveda: Collaborate with and lead the team through brand-building and marketing programs. Drive effective marketing programs and activity across Pariveda markets and segments. Partner with members of the Brand and Communications team on projects providing guidance on methods and prioritization. Develop and implement best practices within a newly adopted marketing automation software. Work with stakeholders across the firm to collaborate on branding and marketing initiatives to meet firm objectives. Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement. Advance your career to become a Pariveda Vice President through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from executives, and regular opportunities for advancement. We Look For: You will report to the Vice President of Brand & Communications. The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications: Proven track record of developing brands and driving effective marketing programs. Deep experience leading teams and mentoring junior team members. Solid understanding of marketing and sales processes. Ability to craft strategy, plans and tactics for brand-building and marketing programs. In depth experience with marketing automation software (preferably Act-On). Proven ability to effectively communicate with various audiences, including C-level executives. Competency with social media platforms including advertising capabilities and paid campaigns. Experience working with Account-Based Marketing methodologies. A desire to solve problems, think creatively and adapt to a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology areas, or comparable experience. Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
