The Bioinformatics Data Analyst will work within the Data Science and Molecular Profiling team merging biological understanding with data management, aggregation, and analysis tools to evaluate, design and implement innovative solutions for the Regeneron research community. The role will collaborate with colleagues across the research, core technology centers and IT. Design and implement next generation transcriptomics data management solutions supporting projects such as single cell RNA-seq TCR/BCR analysis and integrating results with internal and external data sources.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB, YOU MUST HAVE:
MS + 0 + years relevent experience
Proven problem-solving skills and collaborative nature in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with next generation sequencing and transciptomics
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of current data management technologies.
Strong programming skills in a Python and SQL
Experience with big data cluster-computing frameworks (e.g. Apache Spark, Hive, Hadoop).
