Billing Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, enter, and generate vendor invoices from email and vendor portal
• Answer vendor calls regarding payment status and billing issues
• Respond to vendor emails
• Contact vendors for outstanding paperwork
• Assist service with vendor billing related issues and questions
• Review, verify and enter supplier invoices for payment
• Expediate vendor payments for service and projects
• Report NTE Issues to Service weekly
• Review Billing Email Box daily
• Perform timely and accurate billing based on client requests
• Ensure all client documentation is up to date
• Handle customer invoice questions
• Work with Suppliers to ensure account is up to date
• Submit Check Stops and Re-issues to accounting
• Process credits, back charges, and cost moves
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Job Qualifications:
• 2+ years of previous billing experience required (Facility management or service billing preferred)
• Associates Degree preferred
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized & detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, Word & Outlook
