Do you have a Positive attitude and the ability to work well with deadlines and in a team environment? In this role you will work the Estimating Team to:- Find subcontractors (data base, internet, yellow pages).- Call and qualify sub-contractors, ask them to bid on our projects.- Enter sub-contractor information into our custom data base.- Coordinate the sending of blue prints to the sub-contractors.- Enter sub pricing into data base.+ Contact mall managers and architects for information.+ Schedule site visits and request digital photos via email.+ Track statistical data on subs/jobs.**REQUIREMENTS:*** A large part of this job takes place on the phone. The candidate must have a very professional and pleasant phone manner and must like dealing with people on the phone.* Computer skills, typing/data entry experience.
