Schedule: M-F 8 AM – 5 PM
Training will be on-site and then will move to hybrid – some days will be WFH and other days will be on-site at M&T Center location.
Creates additional documentation as required by the specific county clerk office and follows up to ensure the lien is recorded. Reviews transmittal fees and works with title companies to determine their accuracy. Calculates fees, generates checks and creates packages to send the title companies to record documents. Interacts with title companies to resolve fee discrepancies. Works closely with title companies, county clerk offices and internal business partners to resolve issues where the mortgage cannot be recorded. Completes a monthly sampling of files to ensure original documents are received by the Bank.

Education and Experience Required:
Associate’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 2 years’ work experience
Education and Experience Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience
