About the Role

We are seeking a Strategy & Business Planning Associate to support our US Self-Directed Platform Business. The role sits in the Americas iShares Marketing & Self-Directed Platform team, reporting into the Vice President of Strategy & Business Planning. The Associate will develop competitive and landscape analysis of Self-Directed Fintech platforms, and drive measurement and reporting across BlackRock’s efforts in this space, and support Strategy, Business Planning, Business Development, and Marketing reporting initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly strategic and analytical, working closely with strategy, marketing, and business partners to help grow a new business long-term success. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must.
