A leading, award-winning media company is looking for an experienced Associate Director, Media Analytics to successfully spearhead analytics initiatives and synthesize data-driven insights to executive internal and external stakeholders to meet business growth on the East Coast.
THE ROLE:
As Associate Director, Media Analytics, you will lead a multi-faceted media analytics team in designing & executing an array of deep-dive analyses as well as partner with internal & external executive stakeholders to drive media strategy & business growth. You will be responsible for:
Leading collection, cleaning & analysis of large amounts of data in SQL and/or Google Analytics
Overseeing dashboard development in Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, and/or Tableau
Liaising between executive external stakeholders and technical internal stakeholders
Developing, leading, managing, and growing a multifaceted media analytics team
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Extensive, progressive commercial analytics experience agency-side within digital/media
Progressive experience leading, managing, developing, and growing analytics teams
Proven experience analyzing data across various channels (i.e., Display, Paid Search, Social)
Proven commercial experience in account/client management, new business pitches, etc.
Prior experience leveraging analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics & SQL
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis modeling tools such as Python and/or R
Proficient in BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, and/or Tableau
Familiar with Media Mix Models (MMM), Media Optimization & Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree or M.B.A. preferred
BENEFITS:
As Associate Director, Media Analytics, you can make up to $150,000 base salary (depending on your experience).
