The contractor for the Energy Efficiency and Demand Management (EEDM) Compliance and Business Alignment groups will support the development of EEDM reports and metrics.

Core Responsibilities
Work with EEDM teams to understand program processes, data needs, and data sources
Assess data quality and provide recommendations to EEDM program teams and Data & Analytics to improve data quality for reports and metrics
Identify and interpret any patterns or useful trends in complex data sets
Use statistical techniques to interpret program data results
Work with Data & Analytics team to build reports and dashboards to highlight program risks and trends
Performs other related duties as assigned and required

Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Relevant Work Experience & Qualifications
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments and deadlines
Project management experience
Possess a high degree of integrity and ethical standards

Preferred Education & Experience
Experience analyzing data and developing reports and dashboards
Experience using Salesforce
Utility industry knowledge and experience
1+ years of experience in Energy Efficiency or Demand Management
