Well known hospital is looking for a Nurse Manager-Medicine.

Manage daily clinical and administrative activities of the unit involving patient care delivery, staffing, budget preparation, and purchasing of equipment and supplies.

Participates in performance improvement/research activities.

Provide clinical oversight to staff on the unit.

Responsible for supervising nursing personnel.

This position is a day shift but must have flexibility to work beyond standard hours depending on what is needed.

Requirements:

NYS licensed RN

5+ years of clinical and/or management experience

BSN required

MS preferred

Respiratory care experience preferred.

Wound care certification preferred.
