At Compass You Will

• Implement operational improvements, working with the team to execute best practices in structuring an efficient work flow
• Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
• Maintain and manage Sales Management roster, Workplace Group, email distribution lists, CRM database
• Oversee the weekly SM Bulletin, to include communications with all departments within Compass to compile content, and compose/edit
• Provide National Head of Sales Management with support of weekly leadership calls, including agenda prep, taking notes during meetings, and sending our recap/recordings
• Help Coordinate offsite meetings semi-annually for sales leadership team
• Assist with other related clerical duties as required by the team
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Some calendar management for Head of Sales Management

What We Are Looking For

• 1 year+ administrative / marketing support experience
• B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides)
• Strong technological aptitude
• Fast learner and growth orientated
• Strong written and oral communication
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times with great attention to detail
• Expectation of confidentiality on all business matters
