Development Coordinator – NYC company moving to Long Island – $50K

Excellent opportunity to join very busy construction and development firm moving to Nassau County. Very diversified position. General office, liaison with tenants, monthly reports, interact with Project Manager, investor relations, local travel to job sites, light financial analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a few years work experience. Excellent communication skills, strong Microsoft Office, and someone who thrives on being busy.
