The Administrative Assistant will handle multiple administrative tasks for BTIG’s Research Team in New York. This includes handling incoming calls and providing administrative support to members of the Senior Management team. This individual must be polished, enthusiastic, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Flexibility, initiative and a drive to succeed are essential qualities for the position. Must be able to wear many hats and work in a fast-paced environment.
