Title: Administrative Assistant for Global Education
Description: Under the supervision of the Director of Global Education, the Administrative Assistant for Global Education is responsible for responding to student inquiries and working collaboratively with faculty and staff to administer off campus programs including January-Term domestic & international programs, long-term study abroad, Emerson and Duffy scholarship programs, and providing support for other programs such as the Peace Corps Preparatory Program, the Northeast Semester Program, three-year degree students, and transfer students. Primary responsibilities also include database administration for the department, supporting collaborative activities that include participating in significant campus activities such as Welcome Weekend, True Blue Weekend, Commencement Weekend, and other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities
Qualifications: Minimum requirements for this position are an Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in education administration, human resources management, computer science, or a related field preferred. Prefer two or more years of experience in and educational setting. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the College.
