Our client, a boutique asset management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting addition to the staff as the company has been growing. The role will report into the Chief of Staff/Project Manager and will help to provide support to the office as a whole. Duties include answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangement (when travel resumes), handling email correspondence, assisting with mailings, helping to manage data in the company’s CRM system, and completing other ad hoc projects such as client gift buying as they arise. Will also help to provide back-up support to the company’s Founder. Seeking a resourceful, personable, team player who takes pride in being in an administrative role. Must have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in finance, real estate, consulting, or legal. Salary up to $80K + discretionary bonus + competitive benefits.
