**Administrative Assistant, Bloomfield NY**Kelly Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing company located in Bloomfield, NY. This is a temp-to-hire position which pays $18.00/hour to start. Work week is Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.**RESPONSIBILTIES**+ Answer and direct incoming calls as needed+ Greet visitors at front door as needed+ Weekly payroll processing+ Resolve any issues related to payroll+ Prepare and/or calculate monthly benefit premium bills for payment+ Support employee activities and HR sponsored events within the company such as luncheons, parties, picnics, etc.+ Administer and track data for Attendance Points and Attendance Bonus Program + Maintain organizational charts+ Conduct maintenance of HR files+ Lead communication activities on employee monitor, bulletin boards, etc.+ Conduct general orientation for new employees+ Provide other administrative tasks for HR and safety as required+ Assist Site Manager to coordinate department meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow-up actions+ Provide general support as required by senior managers+ Management of copier machine+ Oversee uniforms for employees+ Oversee food vending services+ Post outgoing mail and FedEx packages, including international sample shipments+ Internal mail distribution and maintenance of postage meter**REQUIREMENTS**+ Two years in an administrative/office role(s)+ Previous experience doing payroll+ Knowledge of ADP ezLabor desired, but not required+ Proficiency with the MS Office suite+ Excellent computer skills+ Ability to pick things up swiftly+ Top notch customer service and people skills+ Effective organizational skills+ Great attention to detail+ Ask your recruiter about required screenings**Why Kelly** **®** **?**As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
