The Adaptive Portal Configuration Analyst / Service Support is primarily responsible for configuration and setup of new and existing UMR customers based upon their benefit elections. The Adaptive Portal Configuration Analyst / Service Support must be able to complete basic and advanced activities to support the display of a customer’s benefits to a broad variety of constituents. These tasks include reading, interpreting, understanding and clarifying requirements set forth in installation documents, working with constituent experience teams to deliver a customized experience that meets UMR’s standards for implementation and apply critical thinking to solve for complicate display problems as posed by non – standard customer circumstances.
This position is full – time. Employees are required to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on local time zone and can have flexibility).
We offer on the job training. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.
