We are looking for a skilled part time Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting tasks. You will run accounting software programs to process business transactions for accounts payable and receivable. A successful accounting clerk should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have an aptitude for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively. Ideal candidate must be competent in MS Office, databases and accounting software

Responsibilities:

● Accounts receivable

● Accounts payable

● Investigating and reversing chargebacks

● Reconciliation of daily cash into computer system

● Reconciling cost of goods against manufacturer invoices and payments

● Data Entry, Credit Card Processing

● Monthly bank reconciliation

● Assist with other assigned projects and requests as needed

Job Requirements:

• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable accounts
• Filing journal entries and accounts payable invoices
• Send accounts receivable invoices to customers
• Reconcile accounts payable statements and file invoices
• Enter accounts payable invoices to be paid through accounts payable check cycle
• Submit reports related to accounts receivable/payable accounts
• Enter, edits and posts
• Analyze accounts receivable account discrepancies
• Assisting with accounts payable – A/P
• Account receivable and/or accounts payable functions
• Perform both general ledger accounting and accounts payable functions
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts
• Maintain all accounts payable records
• Perform various accounting administrative duties and support the teams general accounts payable clerk and broker payable clerk and billing
• Perform various accounting administrative duties and support the teams general accounts payable clerk and broker payable clerk and billing department
• Administer all property level accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
• Assisting with accounts receivable – A/R
• Distribute accounts payable invoices to management for approval
• Prepare daily accounts receivable, cash receipt, deposit and posts cash to accounts receivable accounts
