ABOUT THE JOB
The Dr. Eugene D. Glynn Manhattan North Counseling Center serves people living in the Washington Heights and Inwood areas of Manhattan who are struggling with a range of emotional and social problems. The clinic offers counseling and case management services to families as well as individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Offers Spanish-language groups.
Agency wide, under the supervision of the Supervising Office Manager, the Office Assistants perform all levels of clerical functions and related tasks such as processing, recording, filing, verifying information, creating reports, maintaining records and providing information. This position may be located in clinical settings and the Office Assistant will be interacting with individuals receiving services and their families. Excellent customer service and communication skills are an essential function of the position. Provide secretarial and administrative support for the program.
