Global Industry Verticals and Segments team within Global Client Coverage has been recently established to: bring greater focus to client coverage and sales management disciplines, create and commercialize sharper value propositions for specific industry / client segments, further enhance our capabilities and services for multinational companies and to play a role in creating talent development for our bankers. The team consists of Global Industry Heads, Business Managers and Business Analysts who are working together to commercialize our new Industry Verticals and Segments strategy. This is an exciting high impact, high visibility role that offers the opportunity to help frame the future of our global coverage organization. The Industry Verticals & Segments Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the overall activities of the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Industry Business Managers in the development of and production of materials for business reviews, management presentations, town halls, etc.
• Perform various analysis on key performance indicators by Industry as well as developing benchmark across Industries.
• Maintaining processes to track new client acquisition, pipeline, risk exposure, and share of wallet in collaboration with data, analytics and Customer Relationship Management teams
• Assist in transferring best practices across countries, regions, industries, and segments – sales, marketing, risk management
• Maintenance of Global Industry collaboration platform on Microsoft Teams to facilitate knowledge sharing among Industry bankers
• Assist in preparation of Industry marketing events in which the Global Industry Heads participate
• Various adhoc tasks to support fulfillment of requests from Global Management office and other executive stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years experience in the financial services or related industry
• Self-starter, motivated, eager to learn
• Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts, functional and technical knowledge
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis and synthesize complex and multiple data sources
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, multi-task and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
