Chestnut Park Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an RN Director of Education.

• The RN Educator is responsible for Staff Development & Infection Control.
• This position is full-time, primarily during the day shift.
• Rate is up to $45.00 per hour with benefits.
• Educators are eligible for a $7,500.00 sign-on bonus!

RN Educator Duties Include:

• Developing & implementing, evidence-based, quality education programs/activities to promote individual development, competency & delivery of high-quality clinical service.
• Collaborating with management, staff and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs & resources.
• Developing, reviewing & updating training manuals, policies/procedures, related job aides & clinical pathways.
• Educating staff in the clinical policies criteria and procedures.
• Conducting new staff orientation.
• Conducting quality review audits of clinical team and strategic partners to ensure that company protocols and standards are being met.

RN Educator Requirements Include:

• NY State RN License.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field.
• 3-years of clinical experience as a registered nurse preferred.
• Managed care case management experience working with dual eligible populations.
